Spandau's Central Train Station

Spandau's Central Train Station was opened in December, 1998. It is the first new train station built in the country since the privatization of the German train and transportation firm, "Deutschen Bahn AG".
Ongoing until Autumn of 2,001 is the construction of the "Spandauer Arcaden,"
a 33,000-square-meter space for shops and services that will adjoining
the train station.
